Laura and Adam braved the blistering cold to come hang out with me at Louisville Waterfront Park. We had a blast and got some great images. I can’t wait for their wedding!

As a birth photographer, I LOVE when the sex of the baby is a surprise, right up until delivery. This delivery was that way. They were divided in what they thought the sex was. Mom thought it was a boy and Dad thought it was a girl. Mom was right! Don’t you just love the look on her face when they announced what the baby was? And Dad crying on Mom’s shoulder? I melted! A big welcome to the world to Mr. William Bennett!

I was so excited to shoot Jake and Holly’s wedding! My good friend Robert Glasnovic came along with me and got some amazing photos as well and we had a blast. The wedding was held in the historic Saint James Catholic Church, in Louisville. Jake is a Captain in the Armed Forces and when Jake and Holly left the church, Jake’s friends made an archway with their sabers. They gave Holly a nice little swat on her rear! From the church we went to downtown Louisville, close to the science center to do some portraits.
